Favorite Mommy Accessories – For Mommy and for the Home

I’m not one to wear a lot of jewelry.  Anything good I’ve had has been lost, stolen, broken, or collects dust in my jewelry box.  I’d rather throw on a chunky scarf than find a necklace to wear, but….there are two necklaces that I found that I just couldn’t pass up.  And, believe it or not, I wear them both pretty frequently.

You can chose what you want on the front and back face of the ring.  You can even have rings inside of rings if you have multiple little ones.

Not only is the jewelry stylish, but the woman behind Posh Mommy is extremely thoughtful and generous.  Shortly after the tragedy in Newtown, she campaigned and donated necklaces to all the families affect by the event with necklaces that had the names of the victims and little delicate angel wings where you see my star.  It was amazing.

Next, the only thing I really wanted for Christmas was a vintage style locket that I could put a picture of Logan in.  I found the perfect one online at RH Baby and Child .  Click on the image below for a direct link to the page:

Here is a picture of mine, I used color photos, but I really like the look of the black and white as well.

Logan James

It’s really easy to cut an image to size and put two different pictures facing out on both sides of the locket.  It’s also very strong and seems to be able to survive all the pulling that my little guy does on it.  They have a lot of other cute options on there, but this one is definitely my favorite.

Now that we have accessorized you, Mommy, it’s time for me to share one of my favorite sites for mommy home decor.  Come to think of it, I think I also discovered this site from Plum District as well.  If you haven’t heard of PhotoBarn, you need to go check them out and give them a like on Facebook.  They usually have really great offers from time to time.

Here are some examples from their website of the items I’ve purchased for my own home or as gifts.

Blocks

Other favorites of mine are the puzzles, photos on metal, and collage boards.  Here are the blocks that I have for Logan.  I also have the photo boards with blue ribbon (I’d take a picture, but baby is sleeping right now!) and I’ve purchased the 8×10 photo boards as gifts for Grandma and for Daddy.

You can customize them in so many different ways, just upload your photos.  The deals they have make them very affordable too, so watch out for those!

And AHEMM!  Daddies, all of these make great gifts for mommies on Mothers Day!  You do know, that is right around the corner!  You can thank me later for all the brownie points you will win by getting Mommy one of these!

Happy accessorizing!
